[feature]: create a hamburger menu for small screens

The documentation offers navigation for screens with max-width of 768px. any size under that category falls into a small screen and the navbar, as a result of resposiveness, is not displayed.

create a hamburger menu to slide right from left when clicked and fade back to its initial position when clicked outside of it container/ a (x) button.

• serve the table of content that is available in larger screen on the left side.
• include github repo link to the nav items
