Hey,

I had trouble implementing support for this plugin when it comes to the usage of hoppers in this plugin. I would like to see an endpoint where I am able to check if the Block is going to be used by your plugin. e.g.:

HLRAPI#isHLRBlock(org.bukkit.Block)
