create_multicast_socket can send packet while can not receive packet. #34

When I ran the multicast-listen.c I found out that it can send packet to my computer and I send back packet for repsonse but it cannot receive it.
Donnot know why?

PS: The normal UDP send and receive is OK with my computer test.
