Would like to see the following extensions in the container:

  • eamodio.gitlens
  • shardulm94.trailing-spaces
  • stkb.rewrap
  • vscode-icons-team.vscode-icons
  • ms-vscode.cpptools-extension-pack
  • streetsidesoftware.code-spell-checker

Also the formatters can be enabled by setting settings.editor.formatOnSave: true. This automatically applies linting, but maybe this should not be the default?
