Describe the bug
When going into a folder by double clicking in the tab view (tested for view modes "List", "Details" and some more) and then going back, the entered folder isn't selected but the first item of the view.

To Reproduce

  1. Enter a folder with at least one subfolder that isn't the first item in the tab view
  2. In the tab double click that subfolder or select it and press [Return]
  3. Go back, e.g. with the back button in the toolbar
  4. See that first item of the initial folder is selected instead of the previously visited subfolder

Expected behavior
The previously selected subfolder should be selected again.

Version:

  • Explorer++ version: 1.4.0.2293 (32-bit build and 64-bit build)
  • OS: Windows 11 23H2

Same issue on Windows 10 22H2. This was a bug through all the 1.4 beta that seems minor but makes the program kind of unusable. I'd try to contribute to fix it, but I don't have the necessary dev environment.
