• When clicked, trigger Keplr to send a multi-recipient transfer
• Recipients are the stakeholders as stated in ISCN, plus corresponding stake %
• Default tips: 50 LIKE, which can be modified by users

about the tip, we have 2 stakeholders: the author and publisher which https://depub.space/, we can send tip to the author since the stakeholder id is used author's address, but the publisher id it just a URL, have to explore see can we use Desmos to get the profile via linked application.

• Add [Tip with LIKE] button on profile page instead
• Default: 100 LIKE. Can be modified manually by users
