There was an update to be had, but I updated it manually, so there is no more update needed.

What you expected to see, versus what you actually saw

After I pushed the update, I expected to see dependabot realize this and close the PR. Instead, once I pushed the update, dependabot started "rebasing" the PR, and never did anything from there.
