  • Docker, Lint の設定、CI / CD の構築 を行います
  • フロントエンドであれば、Lint, Prettier の設定や コンポーネントを随時設定します
  • Issue, Pull Request のテンプレートを用意する
  • 各テストごと、CRUD の実装例を提示する

CI/CDはGitHub Actionsを利用するという事で大丈夫ですか？
Circle CIやAzure PipelineもOSSなら無料枠があるので利用可能ですが

正直どっちでもいいと思いますが、GitHub Actions が公式で出しているなら使ってもありだと考えています
