And this won't happen very often, I just find one or two times the folder name switched for the past several months.
And for the below case, the firmware wrote the video was put in the UTC time folder suddenly, but it switched back to the local time quite soon (only one video was put in the UTC time folder, this resulted in the uploader was still waiting and expecting new files for several hours. Camera recorded videos put in local time (earlier than the UTC time literally) folders won't be uploaded until the localtime caught up the time in UTC time.
I am wondering if I can make a patch to remedy the uploader program even if the hack firmware package doesn't have a fix.
BTW: Meanwhile, if the folder time zone switched lasts for several hours and it switches back again, then the previous recorded videos in SD card will be overwritten by the firmware. If the above has a patch, the uploader will also overwrite the already uploaded files in OneDrive (video files in the same folder will be uploaded twice, the earlier uploaded video files will be overwritten).
