Remove the issue of whitespace after adding topics to standard.config file

When whitespace is left behind in the standard.config file, it leads to all topic being recorded instead of simply recording the listed topics in the bag file, this could be due to whitespace being recognised as a valid ROS Topic even though such a topic does not exist
