Make aspects of profile public

It would be awesome if we could make aspects of our profile public to non members. Being able to customise how much (eg. just name/image/badges, full stats (score, etc), everything) would be really cool too.

Alternately, a new userbar type thing that shows our score, and which missions we've completed would be a cool/related addition.

I think we could make a profile public by adding :
define('PAGE_PUBLIC', true);
Into the profile code :

Also, viewing which missions we've completed or not is already do-able
