Auto Start Transcription on page load

Proposed Changes

FOr transscription on active tab , it ask the permission everytime. It would be really helpful to auto start the transcription on page load and display permission to capture the audio only once to users. From User perspective, its quite irritating to ask the permission everytime before capturing the audio. Its not vialble solution for extension to ask the permission always.

Context

We have customers whos keep asking these features.

Possible Implementation

Not sure how to implement it and its based on the nature of google chrome extension.
