"Bit-perfect" better explanation

Hey, I'm looking at the https://github.com/dechamps/FlexASIO/blob/master/FAQ.md#how-to-achieve-bit-perfect-audio-streaming
to get "bit-perfect" audio and there is a sentence: "To verify that no conversion is done, you might need to examine the FlexASIO log.", but there is no explanation on how to check if the actual conversion is done, what to look for in the logs etc. What to do?
