Dark theme for https://neocities.org/

Installation

1. Download a custom CSS extension for your browser (e.g. Osprey (Chrome) or Stylus)
2. Go to https://neocities.org/
3. Click on your extension's icon
4. Click on neocities.org, next to "Write style for:" (not /!)
5. Copy and paste all the CSS code in the "Code 1" text field
6. Give the style a name (on the left) and click [Save]
