The current searches can be improved vastly with some UI polish. One approach would be to support "smart" key/value terms similar to the github omnibar, 2017 aws search bar, and dnauck/angular-advanced-searchbox. The existing ui would simply be replaced with the search terms. This would allow us to restore proper pagination to every collection listing.
