のエラーの解決

原因

ffmpegバージョンアップにより

rvc-webui/modules/core.py

Line 105 in b717428

"https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/packages/ffmpeg-5.1.2-essentials_build.zip"

がアクセス不可になっている。

解決法

新規のバージョンは下記のurlからDLできる
https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/packages/ffmpeg-6.0-essentials_build.zip

またバージョンアップしてるので根本的な解決策が必要
