Can I use Chinese to describe the question?

环境：
win10 专业版
OBS 27.1.3
streamlink 3.0.3
obs-streamlink 0.2.6

问题：
在添加URL（https://abema.tv/now-on-air/mahjong）之后出现连续的视频卡顿，音频也会时断时续，但是在命令行通过streamlink获取流并通过VLC播放就没什么问题。
去年我第一次使用obs-streamlink时就遇到过同样的问题，当前版本问题依然存在，与视频质量的选择无关，我尝试解析其他网站的直播流也是没有问题的。

我也是有同样的问题播放chaturbate直播时经常播放一段时间后就开始一卡一卡的不知道是怎么回事能不能拜托开发者讲讲插件里的那几个参数应该怎么填写或选择呢？ @cqjjjzr
