Display needed for the SRAP DCTAP

I've added an issue for DCTAP relating to the need for a non-table display:

dcmi/dctap#99

The example that I created is far from what we should end up with, but I think it helps to explain the intent.

@tombaker suggested looking at rudof, which can generate HTML documentation from ShEx and also convert DCTAP to ShEx. So possibly one could do DCTAP -> ShEx -> HTML ?
