I tried the EDD license option for a plugin. It show the update notice badge but when i go to updates nothing appears.

We can't do much about this without code samples a way to see, where the update is located, what exactly "nothing appears" means (does the browser load a new page? if so which one? if not is the button doing anything? what turns up in the browser console? etc. etc).
