Week 42 / Week 43 - New Initial Minor Version

It must contain:

• Improvements in frontend_react data representation.
• Testing React components using Jest.
• New basic entities for backend_drupal.
• Connections to external datasources and load of entities in backend_drupal.
• Improvements in the configuration system: splitting scenarios between initial whole installation or just restart.
• Updates for internal Wiki and mkdocs container with config info.
