Build from our own local fork of llvm-mos-sdk

Hi,

How about including the local fork of llvm-mos-sdk from @davidgiven's repo as a submodule in cpm65 and building with it? This way, we can avoid issues from using different versions of llvm-mos and make sure that any fixes for cpm65 get into the toolchain quickly.

For instance, I submitted a pull request back on January 7 to fix cpm_bios_seldsk_i(), and it's still sitting there with no comments.

What do you think?
