You can pick a category (or the entire list! 😛 but it would be very long) to export into a Markdown file with a todo-list. Something like:

### Document metadata
- [ ] <html>
- [ ] <head>
- [ ] <body>
#### <base>
- [ ] href
- [ ] target
#### <link>
...
