A workaround when 3D plot option flips the graph

Hello everyone

When trying to plot a function in 3D using the plot_function() method, I encountered that the resulting plot shows the graph flipped. One way to fix this is shown below.

edges <- logo_lines() # This is a function from MetricGraph package that returns a list of edges
logo_graph <- metric_graph$new(edges = edges) # Create a new graph object

xypoints <- logo_graph$mesh$V # Extract the mesh locations in Euclidean coordinates
cov <- xypoints[,1]^2 + xypoints[,2]^2

cov_plot <- logo_graph$plot_function(X = cov, vertex_size = 0, plotly = TRUE)

As this has been fixed in the development version of the package as, @vpnsctl mentioned, the workaround is no longer needed.
