Content model for <prompt> not in sync between schema and information model

The information model for prompt says that it must contain inlineStatics. However the (final version of the) schema appears to have a more relaxed content model.

I will need to query this with Colin Smythe. (I also suspect this is the tip of a rather unpleasant iceberg...!)
