We should highlight the expected default case (Sonstiges) more, i.e. move it to the top or rewrite the flow and call it something else. I got user feedback that a user clicked on "privates Unternehmen nach dem sicherheitsgesetz" because its the first one that says privates Unternehmen.

We should also explain what the Sicherheitsgesetz is/means.

Addendum: To be honest: I had the same problems back in the day when I was using the SVA for the first time. The private company option is too hidden imo.

I guess the intention here was to cover all specific cases first @baltpeter ? And then default to the expected case if none applies?

Maybe we need to split this selection step into multiple steps.

Instead of one step:

  • A
  • B
  • C
  • Other

--> Multiple steps each asking a boolean question:

  • Is your company involved in A?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Is your company a B company?

    • Yes
    • No

    etc.
