2021 ACS 5 Year release not supported

Add support for the 2021 ACS release from Dec 8th:

We are seeing:

UnsupportedYearException: Geography is not available in 2021. Available years include (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009)

But the geo in this case, tract, is available for 2021 5yr estimates.

You can modify in your local core.py. just add 2021 into that tuple. It will work, I hope next update that would be fixed.

Now they updated against that issue. Now that 2021 is available . You may close this issue.
