I have a CBSA implementation in my hacked version that retrofits new geotypes. I'd love to push this into the mainline. If this seems right, let me know and I'll send a pull request.

This should be ripped out once
datadesk/census-map-downloader#7
and datadesk/census-map-downloader#8
are implemented.
