Running OR may be blocked by anti-malware software #132

Issue with the instructor guide
In a recent workshop at least one learner could not use OpenRefine because it was blocked by Microsoft Defender Smart Screen. As they didn't have administrative rights on the computer, it wasn't possible to (temporarily) disable that software to circumvent the block. As this was an online workshop, there was little we could do in the moment.
I think the setup instructions should be updated to warn about these additional blocks. The instructor notes should warn instructors that the current workarounds may not be enough.
The OpenRefine maintainers are very aware that running the application is hard: https://openrefine.org/blog/2022/09/30/windows-macos-packaging.html links to the underlying issues for MacOS and Windows.
Alternatively, having an online environment available may provide a temporary solution for last-minute problems. I have worked with a MyBinder-hosted OR before, although it requires regular activity (every 20 minutes I think) or the environment will be shutdown.
