I have searched the existing issues

Problem statement

Currently lint assessment tasks (workflows) can take days to run consuming a lot of resources.

Proposed Solution

Limit the scope of the run to x workflows that ran in the last x number of days
Consider having a time limit on these tasks
Run these tasks on single node clusters to curb cost
