We need to have a page about DASH at /info/about. This should describe the goals of DASH along with our motivations and design philosophy.

Dieter Rams Ten Principles of Good Design is a reference.

I started writing on this, but it probably could be better. I put in some history stuff that may or may not be worth having. Should probably focus on calling out Design or Key Values.
