What is problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

Currently when playing any of the NFL 2K series in 2 player mode the game will randomly pause and move player one on the player select screen to CPU. There seems to be a software issue where the game sees a change in the controller like it’s being unplugged or something. I’m also seeing this issue with the retro fighter DC striker controllers however when using the regular wired OEM controllers I do not have this issue. I can also use the DC adapter in single player mode and not have this issue but only when playing with two players. The other 2K series like MLB, NBA, and NHL 2K series do not have this issue when playing in multiplayer with two controllers. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

What did you expect to happen?

The game to defect the controller ports properly and not cause any issues with moving the controller to cpu randomly when playing with 2 players or more
