[feature request] More accurate day/night icon

I've noticed that the status icon showing the weather changes to a night or day mode, but it does this once an hour.
I assume that this is showing the same information as the by-hour forecast, but by doing it this way if, let's say the sunrise is at 9:02 and you look at the weather at 9:50, it would still show you the night icon until it's past 10:00.
I suggest the icon could change regardless of the by-hour forecast once it's past the sunrise time, or otherwise it could round the time so that something like 9:02 would not change the icon for a whole hour.

It's just a cosmetic change, but if you have the time it would be nice to have a more accurate day/night icon.
