The Dapr docs do not describe the State Manager class as described here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-fabric/service-fabric-reliable-actors-state-management#state-manager and shown in the code here https://github.com/dapr/quickstarts/blob/46f1b0a08cd366f767639be8aa122709d92c030b/actors/csharp/sdk/service/SmokeDetectorActor.cs#L56

However the Go SDK may not have a StateManager class and so this only applies to some SDKs. Need to check
