If it piques your interest, add CLI tab-completion for brew changelog.

I started to experiment with it, but I broke tab-completion for other taps (namely brew services). See Homebrew/homebrew-services#212 for details. I imagine there's a way to rebind the completions that appends to existing behavior, but I wasn't determined enough to see it through.
