Tetra Stats 1.5.0: Leaderbord based stats, time-weighted stats and UI changes

Changes from 1.4.1:

• It's possible to compare stats with rank averages right on main view. Read about it more here
• It's possible to check time-weighted stats on TL match view. Tired of opener mains? Now you can check their real APM :tf:
• UI changes for wide viewports. Basically, now you can see more info on one screen. It's also fixes absurdly wide CompareThingy which you can see in compare view. For TL match view you will get new informative round selector.
• Now you can see comparison of your 40 Lines / Blitz run with averages on your rank (hardcoded btw). Also new funky design of 40 Lines & Blitz tab(s).
• Few bugfixes

Also, Android builds are now singed.
