Tetra Stats 1.3.0: Replay downloading and unimplemented features

Changes from 1.2.4:

• Up to date with latest Tetra Channel API updates. All versions below 1.3.0 not gonna work properly
• Replay downloader. Say thanks to szy.
• New UI element for quick search of a state and comparing with even older state.
• [BUG] TL matches duplicate entries #35 fix and button for fixing the consequences
• Ability to save some space after deleting a bunch of data from local DB (I called it "Compressing")
• Customization (which is not implemented)
