Not all sites on sites.json are showing

Hoping for a little insight. The sample sites.json don't show all sites on the main page. The sample file shows 7 sites, but only a few show. When I try to add my own sites in, I seem to not get them to show. The first site shown in the config is the Git site, but only the DockerHub shows on the main page. Any help in understanding why the site and config don't match?
