Support Markdown on Profile Work Experience

Yeah, I mean... I don't think this is too much of a stretch. MARKDOWN. For ALL big, complex fields. Please.

If our profile is really meant to be our CV / portfolio / content feed, we need a lil bit of GLOW

Also, the <textarea> on the Work Experience > Description is showing freaking 2 lines. How am I supposed to "List my major duties and successes, highlighting specific projects" on a 500px container, with two 17px font-size lines?

I'm pretty sure you've thought about that already, but nevertheless, for your appreciation (with rows="10"):

You're absolutely right! (you see what i did here? 😉 )
We're happy to give more room for people to express themselves. The only thing is that fully markdown support isn't needed, just simple formatting probably (bold, italic, underline). We don't need people to add code snippets or images in there.

p.s love the spirit and would love to get a PR for that
