Terminate active processes of a specific Op

Hi all.
I have a few questions:

1. I created a Single-Op job. The Op runs python file or exe file that converted from the python script using pyinstaller. When I click on terminate in dagit UI, the Op doesn't terminated. In terminal I get dagster - DEBUG - hello_dagster - 0bedd381-88f2-4742-8eb4-aec7b795b752 - 2304 - ENGINE_EVENT - Multiprocess executor: received termination signal - forwarding to active child processes . The Op is terminated only after all active child processes finished.
   How can I terminate all child processes when I click on terminate in dagit UI?
   Here's how the Job is built:

def start_script():
    script_path = r'D:\Python_Projects\DAGSTER\test.py'
    process = sp.Popen(['python', script_path])
    process.communicate()

@job
def hello_dagster():
    start_script()

2. I want to run this Job multiple time at the same time. How can I do it?
