• Find and tune the best layout for the usual iRegulon networks.¹
• When adding more nodes to the network, apply the layout to the new nodes only whole network again and select the new nodes.

Apply layout to the whole network or only to the new nodes, so any previous manual layout by the user is not lost?
=> Let’s apply the layout to all the nodes automatically, because having a good looking network is more important (web users are different from Cytoscape ones, and this app’s major goal is generating figures for publishing).
=> Also select the newly added nodes automatically.
