Update `pnpm/action-setup` to `node24` version

Update documentation and examples to use a version of pnpm/action-setup that runs using node24

Why is this needed?

Documentation and examples currently use pnpm/action-setup@v4 which runs.using node20.

The node20 option for GitHub Actions is tied to Node.js 20 that is planned for End-of-life on Apr 30, 2026.

GitHub has deprecated the use of node20 and will force runners to use node24 beginning on Mar 4, 2026 - see Deprecation of Node 20 on GitHub Actions runners.

pnpm/action-setup@v4 is the latest version available at this time.

According to https://github.blog/changelog/2025-09-19-deprecation-of-node-20-on-github-actions-runners/ the migration date has been delayed until June 2, 2026.
