Addition of minimal mode: Instead of cloning the entire repo use PyGitHub to gather info

• will be able to provide the access token to access private repos also.
• Minimal scripts and description sometimes we just want what does this repo do will be helpful in those scenarios.
• It'll consume less resources in case of using it as a python package.
• Current version creates problem when we try to clone large repo ( this change will eliminate that )

Very good point, thank you for the ideas

I am planning to start integrating some features through the github API, including a more optimised approach for large repo like you described, PR and Issues summarisation and support for private repos

So this is all planned down the line but I can't tell know for sure when this will be merged, thank you for your patience!
