Entity behaviour event AfterCreate, should it exist? will it exist?

Im not sure i understand, the docs provide a sample of AfterCreate, but seems there is no AfterCreate event class.

Will this be implemented or we have to implement it ourselves, is it just a suggestion of what it could be?
