This is an enhancement, but if it's not too much trouble, would like to request adding the attached eChecklist Completion Checklist to the preliminary tabs of the eChecklist template (right after Instructions before the first actual checklist tab).

This will help distribute some of the work of validating the checklists so that test leads don't have to deal with each of the may different issues with invalid or superfluous data that Sagacity doesn't handle well.

Some of these items look like they would go better in a sanitation process before completing the ST&E? Would you want Sagacity to ingest or evaluate any of these fields and make sure that they are filled out? One of the things I was going to add was the ability to add analysts to the ST&E. Basically, it would simplify selecting an analyst to assign to a category. This is how I imagine it...

  1. Create all the analysts you need to (name, initials, position in assessment, etc)
  2. When creating an ST&E, you select those that are participating in this assessment
  3. When assigning a category to an analyst, you would just select their name from a dropdown instead of typing it out
  4. An analyst fills out this form and either leaves boxes empty, the test director would see a message that something was missing (I would call out the exact step that was faulty)
  5. This would enable creating a log page from the analyst perspective (past reports, current reports, etc)

Thoughts? @JeffOdegard ?
