I Donot Know What To Do It Keeps Saying After Everything I Do From Your VIdeo It Keeps Saying

ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'VRCSubs/Requirements.txt'"

Please make sure to extract the whole zip file and not just the bat file! :)
