The hamburger menu won't open on:
Chrome Desktop
Brave Desktop
Brave Mobile
Chrome Mobile

Just some FYI and explaining to future self; I don't like jQuery, so there's no bootstrap-javascript to get the hamburger working. Need to write custom controller for Stimulus.
