Hi @hanyc-git, I think the most likely reason is that tcapy is not on your Python path when running xlwings/Excel. If you install the conda py37tca, then you can start Excel using this batch script (note you might need to change your Excel path), it will switch to py37tca environment, add tcapy to your Python path, before kicking off xlwings/Excel. This should ensure that xlwings can find tcapy on the Python path.
