Identify categories from ATT&CK that cannot be linked to any RSIT category or samples. In this case we will certainly have to add more examples in RSIT, or maybe have to create more categories? It was the purpose of the category "Other" to identify such missing category, but we received too few statistics to see if CSIRT teams believe that new categories are missing
