godog fails in gitlab pipeline [email protected]/internal/builder/builder.go:243:15: undefined: os.ReadFile

Hello,
I am trying to add godog tests to my gitlab pipeline but consistently get an error in the builder.go with os.ReadFile.
Below is an extract for the gitlab runner. I can not find any other reference to this issue.
Can any one please help.

Hi, go1.15 is too old to be supported, please use at least go1.16.

Hi. What about go1.18.1 - is not too recent version?)

go1.18+ is ok in general, though it has an issue with step function names in formatter.
