FPH admin can upload all the existing business at once (one time thing)

Basically, the FPH admin would have a csv (spreadsheet) of all the businesses currently in their system and we want to be able to put all these in the database, then populate the tables and what not.

Do some sort of check so that it only happens on the very first login of the very first fph admin account.
